All our business units are made up of teams from different divisions, often working across multiple offices. Within those teams everyone has their own areas of expertise but the overall responsibility for the project is shared.

For this to work, all our people have to be able to work flexibly and collaboratively. This creates a flat organizational structure, where everyone’s point of view is valid and ideas can come from anywhere.

Training & Orientation

All our new employees attend our ‘Day One Orientation’, a program to introduce our culture, history, business principles and core values. Training is included as part of our annual performance review to help us ensure that both the team’s and your individual goals are met.

A deep understanding of our products and markets is critical to our ability to innovate and create new solutions. We offer opportunities for leadership development at every level: from entry-level employees to experienced manpower.

Personal Professional Development

Every employee has an annual 360-degree performance review, taking in a self-assessment and feedback from a diverse group of colleagues.

Professional Development Plan (PDP) includes all development needs and the actions that will help you meet them; whether through formal/informal training, work assignments, special projects, mentoring or committee participation. This plan is then reviewed over the year to make sure your goals are being met.
